This thesis analyzed A Tyre & Rubber Company's accounts receivable management problem, that leads to large quantity long-term accounts receivable, and difficult fund connecting and worse financial position, so as to aid to help A Tyre & Rubber Company get rid of financial difficult.The research includes the areas as follows: Main theories and methods for Accounts receivable management; and the existing problems and courses and results of A Tyre & Rubber Company's accounts receivable management; and discussing about influencing actors of accounts receivable management to A Tyre & Rubber Company; and approaches of solving A Tyre & Rubber Company's accounts receivable management problem.The structural analysis method, comparative analysis method, rate analysis method and or so are applied in the article. After researching of the above problem, obtain one set of approaches of solving A Tyre & Rubber Company's accounts receivable management problem:Include making and adopting regulations of accounts receivable management; and special professionals to analyze A Tyre & Rubber Company's financial statements, identifying the responsibilities for accounts receivable management; investment analysis to A Tyre & Rubber Company's accounts receivable management, and determine proper credit policies; seeking funds analysis to A Tyre & Rubber Company's accounts receivable management, and make determinations of seeking funds ; and set up credit administration department, credit management system and supervision system for credit sales, and so on.The results of the research of the dissertation are very necessary to A Tyre & Rubber Company for business management .And so are they to the companies similar with A Tyre & Rubber Company.
