Study On Development Countermeasures Of Taiping Bay

Port enterprises play an important role in port development. An excellent port enterprises should have long-term development vision, timely analysis of the development environment, to make a targeted strategy, actively adjust the allocation of resources, improve the production efficiency, and promote the rapid development of itself and the port. In order to be as efficient as possible to accomplish this mission, the port enterprises need support and guide of proper strategy about development. As the new generation of port enterprise belonged to Dalian port enterprises, Taiping Bay Wharf is in the best stage of development, has the best needs of correct strategies for guidance. Therefore, this paper will be based on the actual situation of Taiping Bay Wharf to put forward countermeasures for the development of it.In this paper, the Taiping Bay Wharf as the research object, through the analysis of the port enterprise development present situation and find the existing problems, through a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis method of freight demand, through the SWOT model analysis of the development environment, so as to obtain the corresponding development countermeasures.
