In the background of new-type urbanization, it is a critical research issue to study how to construct the new-type urbanization path which meets with the local feature and demand. While the existing related studies mostly focusd on the material system of urbanization in a macro perspective, the microscopic human-centered perspective was ignored. The new-type urbanization path inevitably has a poor adaptability to the local situation when the value appeal of the path comes from the deduction of national goals rather than the local people. Therefore, the article studies on the path of new-type urbanization in Liandu district of Lishui from the microscopic human-centered perspective of local participators, providing helpful reference to construct the new-type urbanization path that meets with the local feature and demand.Firstly, the basic feature of the status quo was studied in order to cognize the origin and track of the path, considering the urbanization patterm was extensive, urban-rural dual and non-harmonious and the major driving forces were gaps in economic development levels and public service levels between urban and rural. Secondly, the features and demands of the local urbanization participators which include urban and rural residents, enterprises and government departments were investigated and analyzed in order to cognize the end point of the path. Finally, based on the cognition of the origin, track and end point of the path, the new-type urbanization path of Liandu district in Lishui which is human-centered, ecological, intensive and coordinating has been put forward from five dimensions including population, industry, space, infrastructures and public services and system mechanism.
