With the rapidly development of economy in our country, the production and sale of car also rose sharply. Therefore, environmental problems come from car are becoming more and more serious, such as air pollution, the greenhouse effect, the city noise, energy shortage, etc. Because of considering the environment and energy, the electric vehicle has gained wide attention from governments and manufacturer. Pure electric vehicles with a lot of advantages, such as high efficiency, low pollution, low noise and can use a variety of energy. Pure electric vehicles won the favors of governments and automobile manufacturers. Because of its large power, high energy density, long cycle life, small self-discharge performance, Li-ion batteries has became the perfect power source of pure electric vehicles. With the development of pure electric vehicles and Li-ion power battery, the problem of Li-ion power battery recycling and reusing has became a very popular topic.This paper mainly talks about the model of waste power battery recycling for pure electric vehicle. For example, the pure electric bus used in Beijing Olympic Games, how to choose the appropriate recovery model when they cannot be used.This paper is based on the theory of reverse logistics and recycling economy, with the game theory as the research method, with the rapid development of pure electric vehicles as the background. Firstly, build two three-player game model (government-manufacturer-consumer, the government-third-party company-consumer), by analyze the economic benefits of the parties in the model, solve the max-benefit by the Nash Equilibrium. And then, build a two-player game model (manufacturer-the third party company), by analyze the payoff matrix of both sides to choose the max-benefit. Finally, choose the best model of waste power battery recycling.Finally, the paper respectively put forward the corresponding suggestion about the waste power battery recycling system; in order to the pure electric vehicle power battery reverse logistics system develop well.
