Intervention Mode And Guarantee System Of Home Food Safety Based On A Self-directed Check-up Tool

Food safety issues under the family environment was crucial, aself-directed food safety has become a key factor. In this paper, we based on theself-directed home food safety self-directed check-up in the risk intervention mode,which was directed by consumers. We determined the risk type of consumers, carriedout targeted interventions to enhance intervention of the home food safety. Throughthe means of sampling food and utensils and microbiological culture, we tested theeffect of the risk intervention model which was based on the self-directed home foodsafety check-up, in order to avoid the authenticity of consumers`self-reportedbehavior. Health and epidemic prevention departments in home food safety educationmode selection, can develop intervention mode based on the self-directed home foodsafety check-up in the risk intervention mode.
