Production, research and development, operations,sales, and many departments of national economy are closely linked, also for thedevelopment of social economic development plays an important role. And as thebasis for the development of auto industry, auto parts industry has been in theindustrial environment plays an important role, more and more be taken seriously.However, the development of China’s auto parts industry seriously laggingbehind the vehicle, lack of core technology, key parts market occupied by a foreignbrand products.Compared with the foreign systematic, refinement, quantificationmanagement method,In these areas in our country from industrial developedcountries there is a big gap, especially in the aspect of risk prevention and control inthe process of project implementation. Therefore, combining with the relatedcompanies of foreign advanced management experience, a comparatively perfectproject risk management system and mechanism, the auto parts project riskassessment and prevention play a positive role.This paper mainly studies the C auto parts company risk management presentsituation of the project, by using the method of combination of qualitative andquantitative analysis, put forward the corresponding solutions for the riskmanagement problems and safeguard measures.Firstly, this paper introduces thepresent situation of C company and organization structure model is established；Thenmainly introduces the C company is car parts project, through practical investigation,respectively from the industry and the problems found during the management of theproject are analyzed, and discussed the auto parts project in personnel management,technology management, schedule management and cost management, there are many problems；Then through the questionnaire survey method to determine the autoparts project risks including technical risk, environment risk, financial risk, marketrisk and operational risk；And using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to get theweights of every risk factors, according to the weight size determines the riskprevention and control plan.Finally, in order to ensure the healthy development ofthe auto parts industry, put forward six measures about the auto parts industry.
