Research On The Policy Environment, Farmers’ Participation And Organization Structure Influencing On The Performance Of Cooperative

The third plenary session of the11th central committe of the communist party in1978is the great turn for the party and state，which was not only to show clearlydirection and roadway for both party and state, but also made decision to carry outmarket economy，especially we implemented the household-responsibility system inmany rural areas.We took Anhui as the trial that pointed out roadway for agriculturaleconomy development，It has been increasingly over30years，there appeared sharpcontradiction between rural system and industrialization，which spawned directlythe industrialization road of development.There sprung up a new form of agriculturalcooperative development from1970s to1980s.This form is not only bringagricultural development as well as income increased. It increased farmers’enthusiasm to some degree for the new agriculture. And improved agriculturalknowledge of farmers to promote develoment of organization form during buildingnew countryside.Of course it is one of the topic purpose for the paper.The partycentral committee advocated energetically and build up new countryside,Thoseaspects including peasant quality,struction of management organizaition as well asthe national policies have effects on agricultural performance; We will take3keys aspaper’s variables to search out the three aspects’ influence on the agriculturalcoopearation organization performance.From17th party congress the party Central Committee focused on Agriculturalsustainable development,income indreased and mode for developing countrysid.It alsoshows the paper’s purpose and reality along with theroetical significancet, thus wecan provide more theroetical significance for the constitutional form’s developmentand improvement The paper further investigates predecessors’ searches fromtheroetical significance; meanwhile find and extend searching direction andperspective from search results,The paper mainly analyzes predecessors’ searchresults to derive variables. In parts3、4、5, the paper applies actual mode and builds uptheoretical model to form experimental design for the paper Then we carry outanalysis via questionnaire and in-depth interview. At last we make summary by the conculsions and proposals in part6.
