With the development of the times and improve the level of intelligent production, theenterprise competition is becoming increasingly intensified. In order to meet the requirementsof the times,internal material management of enterprise has shifted from large scale andless varieties of the original production mode for multi variety and small batchproduction mode, material management has also changed from the mode of mass materialrequirement planning (Material Requirement Planning, MRP) to the mode of the integratedmaterial management mode of supply and demand. According to the characteristics of multivarieties and small batch production, just in time(Just-in-Time, JIT) mode of productionbecome an important means for many enterprises to seek maximum benefits and eliminatewaste. At the same time, the JIT logistics of material supply has become an importantguarantee for JIT production.Based on the above research background, In this paper, the material demand and supplyproblems for JIT mode manufacturing enterprise are discussed, focusing on the study oflogistics control and optimization problems.The main work of this paper include the followingaspects.Taking the logistics as the clue, analysis and modeling of the enterprise internal materialunder the mode of supply and demand system based on JIT. In the dynamic process basedanalysis of material from the beginning of orders received in the enterprise, the supply anddemand system partition as three subsystems:material requirements, material scheduling andlogistics control. Gives the definition of each subsystem; analysis subsystem relation, and theuse of Unified Modeling Language (Unified Modeling Language, UML) analysis model foreach subsystem; use the quantity of material of each subsystem as a measurement basis,analysis of the actual number of relations, in order to measure the optimize degree of thesystem.Based on the above model, focus on the logistics of the optimal control problem. Theproduction data of material supply system is the input of the logistics control layer, define theproblem of JIT logistics supply logistics control layer as the JIT vehicle routingproblem(JITVRP), gives a detailed description and analysis of the problem, and uses UML to establish the activity diagrams and sequence diagrams of its model. Analysis of mathematicalmodel of JITVRP is given and the JITVRP mathematical model based on the minimization ofcost is established.Design the ant colony algorithm of the logistics control problem, using C++languagein Visual Studio2013platform. Analyzing the parameter value impact on search performanceof ant colony algorithm, through changing the parameters value of ant colony algorithm.Changing the customer number, customer coordinates and colony size data, simulating thenumber of customers for the three sets of data in5,10,20, which are distribution in the100×100coordinate system, to obtained the the total length of the shortest path, withminimum total path length as the goal and meet the route of vehicle load. Based onthe calculation and analysis of the parameters such as the rate of vehicle use, verification theeffectiveness of the ant colony algorithm.
