Today, the extent of Chinese enterprises to participate in international competition has become more and more advanced., the core competitiveness of enterprises is also gradually into the core competition of talents.How to recruit more efficient talents related close with the development of enterprise becomes the key of enterprise’s survival and development. However, restricted by the traditional concept of personnel", many enterprises in the recruitment of management activities in the process was not standardized,recruitment is not science, often with subjective judgments, the lack of standards, often falls into the whirlpool of recruitment.In this paper, through the research of the competency model theory, absorbing the essence of the theory, with the guidance of the relevant theory, taking FD company as the research object, the reason of FD company’s current problems in recruitment activities and its problems were analyzed, with the methods of theoretical analysis, behavior event interview, case study method, creation and FD company culture, strategy,industry characteristics and their own development needs to adapt to the competency model, and the human resources recruitment process it into the FD company, improving the management of recruitment work, it has established a relatively objective and fair recruitment process, the process of recruitment evaluation standard reduces the blind recruitment,subjectivity, which has provided the powerful technical support for enterprise recruitment to match the requirements of talent, and take the architect position as an example, the application of competency model in specific positions are given as examples.Based on the application research of competency model in recruitment activities, in the course of the operation will focus on corporate culture, strategy combined with floor, helping enterprise culture and strategy in the design of the competency model simplifies in the traditional process, and combined with the characteristics of real estate companies, with key the post estate company as an example to analyze, the other small and medium-sized enterprises and real estate company has certain reference roles in the design or improvement of competency model in recruitment process.
