On Statistics And Analysis Of Housing Information In Test Sites Of AnHui Provincial Geographic Monitoring

National Geographic Conditions Surveying can full access to geographic information as the premise and basis of National Geographic Conditions Monitoring. With the statistical analysis of the national geographic information, there is no doubt to master the basic situation of the natural surface,ecology and human activities, to know the development of economic society and to confirm the spatial distribution,basic feature, mutual relationship of the natural resources and environment. Finally,we can realize the value of national geographic information to the government, enterprises and the public.In this thesis, i mainly research the basic statistics of the National Geographic Conditions Surveying in my practice. Through the case of residential areas and facilities in GuZhen, the theory of the basic statistics gets the argument. The main content and results are as follows:1) The development and the related technology of the National Geographic Conditions Monitoring in the domestic and overseas are discussed, which become the foundation for the paper’s design and implementation.2) The work of the National Geographic Conditions Surveying in AnHui is described,including the task of the Surveying, the general situation of the Surveying site, the conditions of the data in site, the technical indicators, process,methods in Surveying and so on. This part becomes the data’s foundation for the case of residential areas and facilities in the paper.3) The basic statistics of the National Geographic Conditions Surveying is researched. There are statistical methods, statistical indicators,statistical units, statistical contents,statistical process and statistical results and so on, which become the theory’s foundation for the paper’s case.4) The case of residential areas and facilities in GuZhen is counted on the basis of the Surveying data. The statistical contents contain the area,occupancy,composition of the housing construction in GuZhen districts, which can reflect the spatial distribution of the housing construction, and also include the transportation distance from residence to school, hospital, and social welfare institutions,which can reflect the spatial distribution of the residential areas and facilities in GuZhen.5) At the same time,my workmates and i develop the National Geographic Conditions Surveying System with the silverlight technology,which can manage,query and check the results of the Surveying Basic Statistics to share and use the Surveying information.
