But thefood borne diseases and food poisoning cases are often occurred. The consumers are worriedand feared about the food security problem, to strengthen food safety management of foodprocessing enterprises is more important. The HACCP food safety management system(hereinafter referred to as the HACCP system) is the identification, evaluation and control ofa system are very perfect in food safety. The system go through the link which analysishazard to confirm the key point of control and establish the control measures. In theproduction process will eliminate the unqualified products, thereby reducing the risk ofenterprise processing and sales of unqualified products. Is the guarantee of food safety is themost reasonable, effective, simple, easy, is suitable to all kinds of food enterprise controlsystem. HACCP system has been approved by experts, scholars and government departmentin authority and the scientific nature of the control food safety.SY company is mainly engaged in dairy farming, dairy products researching,production and sales enterprise group. The enterprise through the implementation of HACCPsystem, control the critical control point of the production process effectively to improve thefood safety and reduce the risk of food safety. In order to H company as an example, basedon food company to study the application HACCP system in the whole process of research.First of all, the Paper expounds about HACCP theory, HACCP’s mplementate step, system’sfeature and the application of situation in domestic and international. Then the application ofHACCP system in SY company will be started the detailed investigation. Through theapplication effect and use questionnaire survey of the application of HACCP system in SYcompany found out the existing problem. To find out the existing in the effective operationprocess of HACCP system problems, then propose Improvement Measures. Theimprovement measures put forward in this paper is aimed to provide solutions for the efficient operation of the system in SY company, and to offer a reference for the applicationof HACCP system in all food production enterprises. |
