With the rapid development of modern market economy, the competition between theenterprises increases fiercely. Human Resources as the most active of all the productionfactors is a matter of enterprise survival and development of strategic resources, recruit andretain good employees for the enterprise, is directly related to enterprise’s corecompetitiveness.The talent recruitment and selection which decide the quality of the enterprise humanresources, is essential in human resources management. The whole process of recruitmentincluding the recruitment requirements, the human resources evaluation, report forexamination and approval of the competent leadership, after the examination and approvalby the human resources department to carry out the recruitment, recruitment channelselection, writing job descriptions, recruitment information release, resumes collection,organization, judgment, and review, preliminary determined choice, backgroundinvestigation, offer negotiation, to determine the name list, enrollment and labor contractssignoff, etc. In the process of recruiting, it’s necessary to execute on a basis of the actualneeds, reasonable use of various recruiting tools, attract and recruit enterprise recognizedtalents.This article applies the relevant theories of human resource management,systematically analyze WQQ Company, from human resources recruitment patterns, hiringmethods and existing problems, on the basis of data analysis and comparison, the operationmode and process of the recruitment of optimization and improvement, improve theefficiency of recruitment, improve recruitment effect, and finally realize win-win situationof the company and the employee.As one of the important functions of the company, Human Resource department byusing new theory, new method of recruitment, maintains continuous exploration,innovation, and constantly promote the development of the enterprise talent strategy, escortthe development of the company, contribute to company recruitment and talent selection.
