| With the global environmental issues consciousness gradually strengthened, human beings are increasingly aware of the importance of environment protection."Eco-civilization construction" was made at the18th CPC National Congress and mentioned fifteen times, and will also be raised to an unprecedented height. The past development model which pursued the goal of maximizing Economic benefits isn’t adapted to the development of the current social situation, and should be replaced of sustainable development model. However, corporate is the essences of sustainable development of economy, and plays a crucial role in the global green growth. Therefore, corporate green management is imminent, and has been taken seriously by scholars from various countries.Corporate green management is a management mode that puts the concept of green environmental protection into corporate business activities, namely the business activities of corporates should not only adapt to the market, but also follow the ecological and environmental protection requirements, control energy waste and control pollution and achieve the sustainable development of corporates together with the environment. The driving factors of corporate green management at home and abroad already have certain researches, but most of them are limited to theoretical research, or only examine the implications of the driving factors and green management, no argument of the relationship between the driving factors, which directly affect the corporate green management’s practice effect.Firstly, this paper describes the practical and theoretical significances of Corporate Green Management, and then draw the significance of this study, and then through the literature review to define sustainable development, green management and green economics theory. Secondly, building the driven mechanism model of corporate green management by analyzing each stakeholder who drives corporate green management.Again, using the method of literature review and expert interview to screen and identify the driving factors of the corporate green management. Finally, we make a causality analysis by using the DEMATEL method to identify the fundamental driving factors and the most important driving factors from the flitered factors, and then put forward the theories basis for corporates to carry out green management. |
