With the accelerating pace of economic globalization, the world economic integration becomes increasingly obvious. The modern logistics industry faces increasingly fierce competition in the economic trend of rapid development, which makes the enterprises of the third party logistics face severe challenges. Facing the competition and cost pressures in the fierce market competition, the logistics enterprises must make the systematized analysis of customer needs, scientific planning and project management operation mode. Jilin Petrochemical Logistics Center, formerly known as the highway transportation company, is a comprehensive chemical logistics company, which mainly engages in various types of liquid chemicals, iron sea chemical logistics. With the wide application of project management in the logistics enterprises, the PMFC project management mode which makes focusing on customer demand is a new project management combing project management, customer satisfaction and total quality management.This paper analyzes the problems the enterprise faces with the present status and makes the introduction of the characteristics of PMFC project management from the perspective of PMFC project management applications. According to the present specific circumstances of Jihua Logistics Enterprise, the author makes the analysis of the processes and content of PMFC project management in Jihua Logistics Enterprise under PMFC project management model in order to make further study for logistics project management. This paper analyzes the specific applications in the enterprises by the view of project management theory and the present situation. In this paper, the author establishes the project management mode focusing on customer demand and makes the further research and discussion from the analysis and design of project management, considering various factors in order to enhance the company’s competitiveness.
