According to marketing operation of up to three years, Shenyang XW Store has established its own special image in Shenyang and around Shenyang with some certain number of fixed and aimed customers. Meanwhile Shenyang XW Store has also set up the image of international high-end store.However, the operation of three years not only displays the brand advantages of Shenyang XW Store but also exposed all kinds of lacks and weakness in marketing, particularly in festival promotion plan making and executing. With the base of above foresaid statement and current practical condition, the paper will re-design festival promotion of Shenyang XW Store in2011with the using of related to MBA knowledge so as to improve the operation situation of Shenyang XW Store in2010as well as carry out the operation goal of "Shenyang XW Store, outstanding attitude of life."The paper will be divided into8chapters. First chapter will expound the background of topic confirmation, meaning of research route, main content, research methods and etc. Second chapter will include the introduction of Shenyang XW Store, such as enterprise sort, organization, business scope, HR condition, benefit situation in recent year and development plan in future in order to provide a basic knowledge on the paper for readers.
