In Today’s enterprise organization department, work together with others isparticularly important. To leaders, the ability of team members may be uneven, which needmanagers to get each members’ advantages together. For members of the team itself, theharmonious relationship among colleagues, effective communication and get along withtrust, are their concerns. These factors determine the feeling of fusion and comfort in theteam members, which further affect the working expectations in the enterprise.on the basis of domestic and foreign scholars research on trust in the organization, theteam members were recruited as the object, empirical research about team membersexchange, team members–switching and turnover intention had been conducted. Andconfirm that team members–switching is the mediate variable between organizationaltrust and turnover intention.In the process of collection previous literature research, I found that the researchesabout members-team exchange were away form being well-arounded, especially the studyof the influence factors, among them is the lack of empirical study about team-membersexchange relationship under the background of Chinese culture.This article selects three dimensions of trust in organization: trust in managers, trust incolleagues, and trust in organization, and team members-exchange, turnover intention asvariables. Recruit subjects Through a random sample from Jiangsu, Beijing and otherregions of the different types of enterprises and institutions staff, I got206validquestionnaires, ten proposed assumption have been Confirmed.Finally, in the end, the paper puts forward Suggestions for enterprise managers, andpoints out advantages and limitations of this study, confirmed the future research direction.This Article has certain theoretical significance and practical significance which furtherverify the conclusions of foreign existing researches, at the same time it also has the certain enlightenment for enterprise managers. high quality of trusting in organization and highquality of team members-exchange can maintain the stable development of the entireenterprise.
