Study On The Evaluation Index System Of Asset Quality Assets]

With the rapid development of capital market in our country recently, in a shorttime a group of large listed companies has formed quickly, it is also a microcosm of ourcountry’s economic development. But several well-known enterprises soon collapse dueto the fraud of report, time assets are growing in the same period. The brilliantachievements in contrast to before, and the paper expound the necessity of research onasset quality. Asset is the resource of the enterprise, its quality and size plays a vitallyrole to corporate investors, managers, creditors, government agencies and otherstakeholders. Although the evaluation index of assets evaluation has been mature innumber, but also a lot of studies of asset quality dispute exists, accounting experts failedto reach consensus on the theory and practice. And the evaluation of asset qualityaffected by many factors. Lots of researches are needed before we get the credible assetquality evaluation results.Based on the predecessors’ research results, I make the deep analysis of thesignificance of the evaluation of asset quality which leads to the definition of assetquality. And we analyses the influencing factors of the quality of assets, to build out ofaccord with the characteristics of asset quality index evaluation system and provide thebasis for empirical analysis. And then I choose50listed companies as samples, they arethe empirical analysis of China’s listed companies manufacturing specimens. Empiricalanalysis has three contents as following: First, I make the descriptive analyses with thesample company in the three years and make a conclusion that is the development trendof the financial data of manufacturing. Second, on the base of manufacturing industrylisted company financial data in recent three years, I build the evaluation index by factoranalysis, to reflect the asset quality problems. Third, I make some suggestions upon theproblems and the old evaluation system of assets quality. Last, I make some conclusionsfor the government, managers, and shareholders to make the right decision and updatethe evaluation system of assets quality. I make the outlook for the future’s research.
