The company’s profit pattern is the company’s channel to make money, that is, through what kinds of patterns and channels to win the profit. The company’s profit pattern is a channel that the company relies on. How to keep the channel smooth is the key to the company’s survival. This channel can maintain a long time stable, which would bring the company continuous profit. Profit pattern is a kind of regular pattern between the company’s strategies and operations. If the company can figure out this regular pattern and creatively improves it according to its own situation, the company can find out its profit drop, thus can get out of its troubles.Enhancing economic performance is every company’s goal. In order to get such goal, the company not only should strengthen its incomes, but also need to reinforce its management and controlling of the company’s costs and expenses. XDF, as a heating company, the increasing of its incomes and the controlling of its costs are both equal important. This paper enfolds the five basic elements of the profit pattern and combines with its several specific methods to redesign the company’s profit pattern. It is a practical problem this paper emphatically tries to resolve, and it is also the core problem to the profit pattern. In the recent years, the prices of coal, electricity and water which the company lives by are rising very faster. These cause the heating companies’profits declining in successive years and the heating quality can not be guaranteed. It increases the tense relationship between the heating companies and the customers. Thus, it forms a vicious circle:the government is unsatisfied with the heating companies; the customers’complaints can be heard everywhere; and the operating burden of heating companies is increasingly heavy. Thus, strengthening the management to the key elements which would influence the company’s profit pattern appears especially important.From the heating company’s own perspective, this paper follows the basic lines of raising a question, analyzing the question and solving the question. According to the methods combining theory analysis with practical operating, this paper refines the theoretical basis and then combines them with the company’s practical works. It specific probes how the company applies theory to the practice. Furthermore, this paper points out the present deficiencies of the company’s profit pattern and tries to achieve the goal that the company can build up an appropriated profit pattern.
