With world economic integration and the increasingly drastic market competition nowadays, human capital is increasingly becoming the most valuable asset in the process of enterprise development and it is a key factor to enhance the core competence of an enterprise. Career Management, as a very important and forward-looking job in human resource management, will nourish staff’s motivation, create a "people-oriented" atmosphere and help the enterprise to attract, foster, introduce and retain the talented person.Female staff, as the core force in enterprises, is an essential part in human resources. In a multi-cultural society with traditional and modern culture, women in the workforce in China are getting puzzled and puzzled. Female are playing various roles in social life but their career development results are not so satisfactory because of the conflict between work and family and the social prejudice. In order to get core competence, Bosch Automotive Changsha Co., Ltd as a manufacturing foreign company, it is necessary to carry out female staff’s career management and support female staff’s career development.The topic will be discussed in four chapters. In the first part, the background and significance of career management are analyzed; research content, methods used in the studies of this subject and the relevant research on this content are introduced. In the second part, it gives a short introduction of Bosch Automotive Changsha Co., Ltd, analyzes the factors of female career development and elucidates the general characters. Problems for female career management are found with the study of the questionnaire and interview, analysis is prepared for the root cause accordingly. In the third part, design concept and roles for organization and staff during career management are clarified. Scheme for career management is proposed. Finally, the potential obstacles for regarding scheme implementation are analyzed and assurance systems are designed at the same time. It draws a conclusion after making feedback and assessment of the effect in the end.With the combination of the theories and practice, the thesis provides improving methods, designs different career development channels, helps all staff in different levels to build career management concept. It provides concept and specific guiding methods for female career management in Bosch Automotive Changsha Co., Ltd., Therefore, this thesis has the strong practical value and the application of theoretical reference value.
