Research On Working Capital Management Model Based On Channel Management

Good working capital management is a necessary condition for the survival of enterprise, through the management of working capital, not only can control to maintain the normal turnover funds needed for the production and business operation activities, can also give full consideration to the enterprise’s financial security under the premise of constantly improve the level of working capital utilization and circulation ability, reduce the holding cost of working capital, improve the overall profitability of enterprises. To this end, we should be reclassified based on working capital, working capital management combined with enterprise business operation, integrated into the modern management ideas and methods, establish suitable for the development of the modern enterprise management mode of working capital.Therefore, in order to study the working capital from the view of channel management,we use literature analysis, comparative analysis, case analysis and other methods to analyze the working capital in channel management mode, first of all, we analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of working capital management mode, found that the channel management of working capital management mode has significant advantages. And then choosed hisense group as a case to implement channel management of working capital, analyzed the hisense group, various channels to the current situation of the management of working capital, and put forward the improvement measures against the status quo. This will provide theoretical basis to improve hisense group, working capital management, and provide reference for other enterprises to adopt surplus funds channel management.
