Since China’s reform and opening-up, the overall economicstrength rising steadily, the regional economic structure also has a rapid and efficientadjustment, especially the upgrading of industrial structure optimization has achieved initialresults, but also gradually highlight the condition that the existing industrial structurecannot be adapted to the development of the economic level, the unreasonable industrialstructure has become one of the main obstacle to the coordinated development of regionaleconomy.At present, the economic development pattern of Zhejiang province graduallychanging itself from the quantity expansion as the main characteristics into the structureadjustment and the transformation of economic growth, undergoing the process ofascension from quantitative change to qualitative change, the industrial structure has beenin height and significant adjustments.The next key step for Zhejiang province to optimizethe industrial structure and develop the regional economic, is to grasp the basic industrialstructure evolution correctly, make it clear about the development direction of the industrialstructure optimization, and find out the specific factors that affect industrial structureoptimization and upgrading, and according to the effect of related factors influence, thenput the exogenous forces of industrial policy into the endogenous optimization mechanism,in order to promote the regional industrial structure optimizing and upgrading.This article first reviewed the relevant theories of the optimization of industrialstructure, made clear the connotation of the optimization of industrial structure, thenaccording to the theoretical analysis to show that the domestic consumption demand,investment demand, technological progress and opening-door policy as more importantfactors of the optimization of industrial structure, and expound the related problems existedin the industrial structure, which laid theoretical basis for the empirical research.On account of the theory of industrial structure optimization, this paper firstly basedon the actual situation of Zhejiang province, analyzing the situation of Zhejiang industrialstructure from every angle, like the output value structure of three industries, theemployment structure of three industries and the industrial structure deviation degree of three industries and so on; Then constructing the evaluation index system of industrialstructure optimization by using three aspects of industrial structure—rationalization,upgrading and high-efficiency, using factor analysis method to measure the value ofindustrial structure optimization in Zhejiang province, which is from the results of theperformance of industrial structure optimization in Zhejiang province to analysis theproblem of industrial structure optimization; What’s more, we analyze the coupling degreeand coupling coordination degree among rationalization, upgrading and high-efficiency,revealing the synergy effect in each subsystem of internal industrial structure optimizationsystem; We select the factors of industrial structure optimization from the Angle of inputfactors, using the time series analysis method to test the unit root, Granger causality andco-integration analysis of the influence factors and set up the error correction model,namely from the source of optimization to analyze the problem of industrial structureoptimization. Finally, according to the results of the empirical analysis of Zhejiang province,the article puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, which hascertain practical significance and application value and has certain reference significance tothe other provinces.
