With the pace of the sustainable development of economy, Chinese town speeding up, more and more enterprises into the frozen food industry in recent years, leading to fierce competition of frozen food market。Staff wages rising, rising prices of raw materials, resulting in frozen food less and less profit。Make quick frozen food manufacturing industry is facing a more severe test。In the past,enterprises can rely on a large number of products sold to achieve competitive advantage。In today’s market environment, this method has been unable to meet the development of enterprises。If the enterprise wants to remain competitive, must be taken to reduce the operation cost and improve the quality of management strategies are effective, but these are a test of the ability of enterprise management。Lean production is the use of tools and methods for the improvement of Companies in different fields, different types of work continuously, in order to reduce the cost, improve efficiency, achieve promotion meet objective method of customer satisfaction。It covers many of the world’s most respected management concepts and methods.
