This paper analyzes the market of small-size cargo express, accordingly determines the market demand range of small-size cargo express, then compares price standards of small-size cargo express and ordinary express, clearly confirms the competition advantage of small-size cargo express in5kg-33kg weight range. The paper analyses the insufficient of current pricing methods of small-size cargo express. Then putting forward general business pricing method based on the transportation demand and using the least squares regression method fitting transportation demand function. As for the contracting business price, the paper combines small-size cargo express practical, innovatively proposes contracting pricing model according to the Rubinstein-Stahl bargaining model and bilateral bargaining model in game theory. Finally, taking Xilinhaote line of Beijing Liuliqiao passenger station for instance, calculating contracting price range and the optimal contracting price.
