The Project Evaluation Of Biogas Ecology Industrial Area To Provide Gas Concentrately In Gu Ye Region Belongs To Tang Shan City

Biogas which is renewable energy has the condition to develop quickly. In the new competition of renewable energy, the biogas’industry will show its new life and become the key power of country energy.According to the theory of project evaluation, this paper make detailed survey and feasibility analysis to the project of biogas ecology industry area providing gas in Gu Ye region belongs to Tang Shan city. Firstly, the paper introduces the basic situation of the project and the detailed situation of the company, and analyses the background and the meaning of the project combining with the local social economy environment. Secondly, the literature reviews related to this paper mainly introduce the definition, development, basic theory, steps and administrative levels of project evaluation. Thirdly, this paper makes analysis from different point of views such as trade license, the status of social economy development and the potential of social economy development. At last, this paper makes analysis and choices of programs, making detailed plan and explanation from the condition of selecting address and construction, the project’s scale, content, crafts, the project’s implementation and commissioning. This paper also makes detailed analysis including investment estimation analysis, economy analysis, the influence to the environment and society using projects’ feasibility analysis method.In conclusion, the project is feasible.
