Research On The Growth Of Beijing Dairy Enterprises

With the continued economic development and the steady exaltation of people’s income level, the living of the people towards a comfortable standard and the food structure has changed, which means the proportion of the enjoying food has increased. Dairy products are nutritious and it is easy for people to digest and absorb them, which leads to the growth of people’s demand for dairy products. The dairy enterprises expand their production to meet the changing needs of the market. With the expansion of the scale of the production and the deepening of the specialization, various issues have gradually exposed, such as the disordered prices of raw milk, vicious competitions among dairy enterprises in the market, the event of "reconstituted milk", the event of "melamine". These factors will decrease the competitiveness of the dairy industry, slow the development of the dairy industry, and even endanger the health of the public. Therefore, it is very important to reasonably evaluate the growth of Beijing dairy enterprises and find a suitable and healthy method to improve the development of Beijing dairy industry.Based on the research of Beijing dairy enterprises, this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of Beijing dairy enterprises and identifies the factors that affect the growth of Beijing dairy industry. This study uses the entropy theory and the theory of dissipative structures to analyze the growth of Beijing dairy companies. And then it accords the growth of entropy to build the grow entropy evaluation model for Beijing dairy companies. According to the factors affecting the growth of Beijing dairy industry, it establishes the index system for evaluating the growth of entropy of Beijing dairy enterprises, and determines the right weight of every index which is based on the application-level analysis. It also selects nine representative dairy enterprises to classify and evaluate the growth of Beijing dairy enterprises.Eventually, based on specific applications on the growth of entropy model, it analyzes the problems about Beijing dairy companies and proposes the appropriate solutions to solve these problems. This study will provide empirical support for the reform of Beijing dairy enterprises, contribute to the relevant sectors to take reasonable measures, provide the guidance for the country, the government to introduce support policies and promote the healthy development of Beijing dairy enterprises.
