| In the emerging technology industrialization process, an unavoidable problem ishow to develop business strategies in emerging technology companies. In other words,one or several enterprises that take the lead in using and leading the emerging technologyis essential to the emerging technology industrialization process. Universities andresearch institutions also faced with how to establish enterprise strategy in transformingthe technological achievements into actual productivity. Technology holders andtransformation should pay more attention to how to choose the appropriate enterprisestrategy in transformation process, in order to accelerate the industrialization of emergingtechnologies.This paper examines the factors that should be taken into account in the process ofindustrialization of emerging technology enterprises from the perspective of strategicmanagement and illustrates that the emerging technology leading enterprises how todevelop business strategies.This paper analyzes the impact of emerging technologies and alternative technology,market demand, the industry chain and industrial ecological system and the externalenvironment from the company level strategy point of view. This paper also analyzes theemerging technologies industrialization on the internal conditions of demand from the resources and capabilities of the company’s point of view.From the perspective of competitive strategy analysis of the effects of differentcompetitive power of emerging technologies industrialization, as well as the promotionof the subject and how to form the core competitive advantage to promote theindustrialization of emerging technologies.This research uses the method of case analysis, concluded that: in the emergingtechnology industrialization process, should be in the corporate strategy level usingvertical value chain integration, the competitive layer by continuous innovation strategy,brand strategy, product service strategy, market development strategy. However, thispaper only confined to the analysis of the case, the conclusion lacks universality. |
