With online shopping, a new shopping mode, is accepted by more and morecustomers, the transaction scale of online shopping expands continuously, whichprovides new vitality for e-commerce.B2C e-commerce business, developing onlinemarketing towards customs directly via Internet, becomes the mainstream of onlineretail market by virtue of its superiority. While B2C e-commerce business bringconvenience for customers, it exposes the shortcomings gradually in its developingprocess.Due to the restraint of enterprise scale, technological level, economic power andthe hysteresis of relevant industry, B2C e-commerce is still on its infancy without amature system. Bottleneck, talents and technology, mobile terminal and logisticsdelivery included, impede the development of e-commerce. Therefore, it is significantto resolve the issues for the purpose of improving the core competitiveness of B2Ce-commerce business. This paper, based on value chain theory, optimizes value chainand solves the existing issues of B2C e-commerce business in order to improve the corecompetitiveness. The details are as follows.To start with, the B2C e-commerce model under cloud computing environment isbuilt based on the theory cloud computing and the unique properties of B2Ce-commerce. Then, this paper optimizes online value chain and analyzes the optimizedeffects from value activity, such as infrastructure, storage, online trade and logisticsdelivery.Secondly, for the out-line service issue, the ITM interactive transaction modeltheory is introduced to B2C e-commerce business and ITM physical store is built toensure low-carbon and operation efficiency and optimize out-line value chain.Moreover, the optimization results are analyzed from distribution services, productsservices and reverse logistics services.Finally, the value chain cost of B2C e-commerce is analyzed. On one hand, thecost advantages of B2C e-commerce business based on cloud computing are investigated compared with the traditional business model; on the other hand, theeconomic efficiency of ITM store projects is evaluated according to B2C e-commerce.
