Research On Development Of Anxi Tieguanyin Tea Industrialization In Fujian

The aim of agricultural industrial is to connect every link of production, processing and sales and to build an complete industrial chain which involves every link and the whole process of agriculture expanded reproduction. The tea industrialization is one of the basic agricultural industrialization model, based on industry stakeholders to obtain maximum benefits for the business goals and achieve innovative management style that tea industry transforming from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. This thesis strives to provide the corresponding countermeasures and policy recommendations against deficiencies of Anxi Tieguanyin industrial development by analyzing the current situation of Anxi Tieguanyin industrial in order to achieve the industrialization promotion including the growth of farmers’ incomes, to add value to the product and to increase profits of enterprises.Framework and main contents of this paper includes:The first chapter describes the research significance,research actuality, research objectives, research content and intended research method; from concepts of agricultural industrialization, research level of agricultural industrialization, the problems of agricultural industrialization and relevant research of tea industrialization describe the present situation of home and abroad.The second chapter analyzes the current situation of world tea industry and the Chinese tea industry. Tea industry is one of China’s major traditional agricultural industry which has a long history. The production and consumption of tea has long ranked first in the world, yet large but not strong, tea production value did not match the output’s place in the world. This chapter focuses on the development pattern and drawbacks of Chinese traditional tea, to understand the inadequacies of our tea industry. The third chapter describes the current situation of Anxi Tieguanyin industrial development, including production current situation, ecological environment, production quality, marketing pattern and other basic information, analyzes the main problems facing the development of Anxi Tieguanyin, such as the market competition, the production processes, mechanical problems, industry chain extension, etc. This chapter at the same time introduces the results of Houjing Village, Jiandou Town, Anxi County after adopting the new type of cooperative model.The fourth chapter aims at the problems faced the Tieguanyin industrial development, and put forward the conclusions and recommendations, including production quality standards establishment, with capital market strength, take good advantage of the development of e-commerce to develop a new marketing model, extend of the industrial chain of tea, etc.
