Synchronization Issues Of Residents’ Income Growth And Economic Development

This paper is based on the present situation research of synthetic asynchronous income growth and economic development, contributes to promoting income growth and economic development synchronously. The synchronization of income growth and economic development refers to income and GDP growth at the same rate. If the residents’ income growth rate is higher than GDP growth for a long time or is lower than the GDP growth for a long time, will have a negative effect. This paper analyzes the urban and rural income growth and economic development of synthetic asynchronous situation, different industry workers income growth and economic development of synthetic asynchronous posture, high and low income group revenue growth and economic development of the synthetic asynchronous situation, different regional income growth and economic development of synthetic asynchronous situation. And it analyzes income growth and economic development of synthetic asynchronous in these five provinces and cities which includes Shanghai,Hubei,Schuan,liaoning and beijing. The data shows that the synchronicity of urban residents income growth and economic development is higher than rural residents, the synchronicity of middle-income households income growth and economic development is better than the high income and low income households, the synchronicity of income growth and economic development in central and northeast of China is higher than that in the eastern and western regions. Because our country regards investment as the leading pattern of economic development for a long time, the existence of regional differences, industry differences,and the differences between urban and rural areas and the impefect reasons of the income distribution policy all lead that resident income growth and economic development is difficult to synchronize. Therefore, to synchronize the residents’ income growth and economic development in our country, we should start from the known conditions, distribution conditions, development conditions, tax conditions and other aspects, accelerate the change the way of economic development, make efforts to narrow the regional difference, industry difference and the difference between urban and rural areas, promote the reform of the income distribution system, standardize and improve the distribution system.
