Study On Tourism Application Of Smart Phone App Under The Background Of Wisdom Tourism

With the development of Internet technology and the progress of the society, the highly dependence of tourism industry on information is more apparent. Actively carrying out "wisdom tourism", which is derived from the concept of "smarter planet" and "wisdom city", is the best opportunity to promote transformation and upgrading of China’s tourism industry, and to enhance the international competitiveness. What’s more, smart phones travel application (Tourism App) is the basic way of achieving the wisdom tourism.First of all, using literature research, the author explained the basic concept, development and advantages of smart phone travel applications (Tourism App); Secondly, using the method of statistical analysis and quality evaluation, from the aspects of quantity, variety and quality performance interpreted the supply situation of the present stage tourism App; Then, through two questionnaires, this paper analyses the tourists user basic demand and the demand differentiation of tourism App; Finally, concluding the three major contradiction between supply and demand of tourism App(the contradiction between function of tourism App and user needs, the contradiction between marketing of tourism App and potential users, the contradiction between developers of tourism App and user), the cause of contradiction (objective conditions and subjective factors) and policy suggestions of the balance of supply and demand, they are travel wisdom, Wi-fi generalization; content quality, functional differentiation; experience extreme, simple operation and channel diversification, professional team.Wisdom tourism is the inevitable choice of China’s tourism development, tourism App is a driving force to promote wisdom tourism development. By researching tourism application of smart phone App under the background of wisdom tourism, expect to provide the theoretical reference and realistic guidance for the healthy and orderly development of tourism App, promote transformation of tourism industry in China.
