The agricultural product’s security problem is a problem related to thousands of families. Especially, in our country this problem is under the background of food safety which were be widely reviled. So, to consummate our country’s agricultural product quality, the governance mechanism is an urgent topic. This paper based on the collective reputation that focus on the China’s agricultural industry.Our main purpose is to explore a specific market then find out the effective factors. Through theoretical and logical deduction, this paper analyzes the quality of agricultural product market s structure that are under the different conditions of forming causes and progress. Our research not only proved that the importance of strengthening supervision and the information disclosure, reducing the market access barriers for the management of agricultural industry, but also got some new and interesting conclusions. Firstly the temporary campaign has no means for the long run equilibrium of the agricultural market. When the market deviate from high level equilibrium by a exogenous shock, only persist intervention by government can pull it back. Secondly, if government hope there is a good structure of the market, they should subside it to improve the benefits of the producers and encourage they choose high quality level.This paper has three sections except the introduction and conclusion. At the first place, we identify the relative concepts and introduce the current situation of the agricultural industry in our country, in this way we can clear the applicability of the collective reputation model to explain the quality of China’s agricultural industry structure. At the second place we modeled in the different situations that include collective reputation model of basic agricultural products market, collective reputation tournament among multiple markets, and Producer type distribution adjustment model.
