Research On Agricultural Informatization’s Situation And Development Of Liaoning Province

Nowadays, along with human society stepping into the era of knowledge economy, informationresource has become the important resources of a country. As an important part of informatization,agricultural informationization has become the foundation in the foundation of hard power around theworld. Sixth national population census shows that our country there are still more than half of thepopulation is not from the countryside,"three rural problems" is still the key factors affecting China’scomprehensive national strength promotion. China as an agricultural country, how to solve at theproblem in the field of the agricultural informatization in the first industry, related to the population ofthe country’s food and clothing.Take liaoning province as an example, the current agricultural informationization in liaoningprovince, there are limits the farmers’ income is low, the agricultural sustainable development, socialservice level of power shortage, the use of agricultural information, poor ability of the lower level ofagricultural information network coverage and high cost of the use of agricultural information,agricultural information service quality is poor, such problems as the practicability of agriculturalinformation technology. To solve these problems, this research USES the empirical study and normativeanalysis, quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis combined with the research methods ofobservation, interviews, and in combination with the practical application background of the currentagricultural informationization in liaoning province, through in-depth investigation and study of liaoningprovince and the actual situation of natural, economic and other problems of rural informationizationdevelopment in liaoning province as the subject of this study, in-depth analysis of the current status ofagricultural informationization in liaoning province, liaoning province, the natural state of the economyand the problems of agricultural informatization.On this basis, this study proposed to speed up the information technology to upgrade traditionalagriculture, enhance the capacity of agricultural information resources development and utilization,improve the quality of agricultural information service, enhance the practicability of agriculturalinformation technology such as the countermeasures of agricultural informationization development inliaoning province wants to be able to provide certain feasibility to the progress of liaoning provinceagricultural informationization theory support. In the next few years, liaoning province should be basedon already issued "agricultural informationization at six measures", to further deepen the reform,promoting agricultural informationization process, to speed up the rural informatization construction inliaoning province.
