Research On The Delivery Mode And Its Optimization Of Special High-quality Agricultural Produce Chained Companies

With the development of economy, people tend to go for a comparatively comfortable and clean shopping environment than ever. The traditional farmer’s market is losing its importance. People go more and more often into chained produce shops with complete products’range, assured quality, considerate service, good quality and low prices for organic, green and pollution-free agricultural produce. A biggest part of market economy is to sell agricultural produce in chained companies. It changed the agricultural produce’s supplying model and management and optimized the agricultural produce’s delivery process with chained company’s advanced operating model. At the time, the development of chained companies for special high-quality agricultural produce is not very mature. The single material supplying channel and low delivery efficiency lead these companies to an unfavorable position in competing for market share. Scholars inside and outside china have done large amount of research on the supplying model of chained company. But few of them have researched the supplying systems of agricultural produce.Based on the above-mentioned situation, this paper takes special high-quality agricultural produce chained companies as research object, analyzes their logistics mode, location allocation of delivery centers and optimizes the delivery routes. And then presents some reasonable suggestions.This paper is organized by firstly introducing the developing history of special high-quality agricultural produce chained companies. Afterwards, it gives out the definition of and market requirements for various products in these companies. Furthermore, the current development and several logistics modes about agricultural produce chained companies are depicted. Later on, a case of Xintianyuan agricultural produce group in Zhejiang province is presented and the current running state, developing strategy and delivery systems are described. The distinct direct delivery mode based on the integrated of all internal resources is listed and the strengths and weaknesses of which are pointed out.In the end, based on all collected data and the group’s own conditions, the delivery centers’location allocation problem and vehicle route problem are modeled, optimized and analyzed fully. As a result, a group’s characteristics-based highly efficient delivery strategies are constructed.
