Research On The Competitiveness Of Enterprises Of Listed Company In Corps

Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps（hereinafter referred to as the Corps）has established itsspecial historical background and significance,but with the development of the times.Its mission is not onlysettlements, frontiers, but also shoulder the Corps’new mission to promote economic development.Corpshas one-fifth of China’s State Farms area,therefore, the comprehensive development of the Corps withoutthe support of agriculture.Traditional agricultural development has not kept pace with the times, so we mustaccelerate the pace of modern agriculture.Modern agriculture is critical to achieve the industrialization ofagriculture, which is inseparable from the process of industrialization driven by strong leadingenterprises.Leading enterprises as “farmers-market“bridge plays a decisive role to promote agriculturalefficiency and rural incomes,also can active the local market economy.So it has a very important meaningto support the development of a number of strong core competitiveness of the leading companies on theCorps.Corps leading enterprises,mostly based on SOE reform.The purpose of the reform of SOE is to resolvethe SOE financing through the capital markets and establish modern enterprise system and improve thecore competitiveness of enterprises.However,SOE not only failed to get rid of the shortcomings of theoriginal, but has contracted a new disease of internal control, seriously distort the capital marketfunctions.Let the capital market has become a place of an internal capital market transactions.Meanwhile,due to the poor foundation Corps leading enterprises in the capital, technology, talent and knowledgeframework with the national still has a big gap.Although in recent years with the support of the westerndevelopment and Yuan-jiang policy,Corps agricultural enterprises have developed rapidly.However, due tothe low level of industrialization, short industrial chain, low value-added, easy to wear and tearetc.,compared with other industries and the national average for similar industries enterprises, Corpscompetitiveness remains poor.In this paper Xinjiang （including Corps）33listed companies as samples to analysis of nationalAgricultural Industrialization Key Leading.We build a competitive enterprise evaluation index includingprofit and development capabilities, anti-risk ability, operational capability and potential competitivenessetc.,adopt the perspective of corporate governance for the Corps to analyze the competitiveness ofenterprises’issues,Concluded that enhance the competitiveness of enterprises have a great relationship withinternal corporate governance mechanisms, external governance environment, management and the level ofmarket innovation, capital operation ability, technical innovation, etc. On this basis,we propose policyrecommendations to enhance the competitiveness of Corps leading companies.
