| Venture capital has made a great contribution to the growth of economic as a booster which put the technology into productivity. Risk investment has very high returns, but also accompanied by high risk. As the carrier of venture capital,the Vc firms are faced with great investment risks. It is for this reason, this article give an analysis of Vc firm’s investment risk evaluation model by stuty of the Internal control standards concerning with risk assessment guidelines and requirements. Seek the scientific methods of risk evaluation of venture capital project in order to piovide a guide to Vc firms to evaluate the risk of their investment projects.There are three parts in this article.Firstly,it introduce the requirements of internal control about risk identification, give a detailed analysis of the influence factors of investment risk in Vc firms combined with their unique operating characteristics,and then construct an index system of investment risk influence factor of Vc firm.Secondly, use expert investigation method and AHP to assign index weight, give a comprehensive assessment of Venture capital investment project risk by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The evaluation model includes three levels of32indicators.At the end of the aticle,there is a simulation of the model presented above.This paper shows that the investment risk of Vc project can be analysis through the establishment of risk evaluation index system and using the comprehensive evaluation model. |
