| This paper proposed development path based on Transforming&Updating and Industrial Chain theories in Fastener Industry of Zhejiang Province.Firstly, the paper briefly introduced the background and. significance of the study, and presented problems of the Fastener Industry, and the current study on the Industrial Chain, Transformation&Upgrading of the Fastener Industry.Secondly, the paper reviewed the theories, about the Transformation&Upgrading, Industrial Chain theories, Product Life Cycle and Smiles theories, SWOT method, Five Forces Model, etc. The literature studies provided tool and research idea for the paper study.Then, the paper summarized the general development situation both domestic and abroad Fastener Industry. The industrial distribution, production, import and export of China Fastener Industry, were analyzed, and problems of Fastener Industry in China were summarized.Finally, general development situation, the industrial advantages and disadvantages, internal and external industrial chain, transforming and updating hierarchal problems, were described, and the paper suggested the direction and path of Transforming&Updating of Zhejiang Fastener Industry。... |
