Study Oil Development Strategy Of Jiande Farmers’ Specialized Cooperative Economic Organizations

China is a big agricultural country. The changes in the macro environment of China’s agriculture and rural economy bring China’s agriculture production into a fierce competition from abroad. It has become increasingly difficult for the scattered, small‐scale, family‐run agriculture to adapt to an increasingly competitive market economy system in such a social environment, not to mention showing good competitiveness in the international market. The development of modern agriculture require the construction of a effective production and management system,and the innovation of farmer’s specialized cooperative economic organization.Jiande is an important agriculture city in the west part of Zhejiang province. The development of Jiande farmer’s specialized cooperative economic organizations have made a great contribution to Jiande’s rural economy. But compared with the well‐developed neighbor counties in farmer’s specialized cooperative economic organizations, there are still exist some gaps. In the new era, we should conduct further study and further explore of Jiande farmer’s specialized cooperative economic organizations under the consideration of the local agriculture situation.Based on the relevant theories of farmer’s cooperative economic organizations, this article has greatly placed emphasis on the research of farmer’s specialized cooperative economic organizations of Jiande city, to discuss some effective countermeasures and suggestion on the problem. The article can be divided into five parts:Part one is introduction, it introduces the Purpose and meaning of the research of Jiande farmer’s specialized cooperative economic organizations.and explodes the research status of farmers’ professional cooperative economic organization development strategy at home and abroad.,and describes the research contents, research methods and the innovation place of this article.Part two is expounding the theoretical basis of farmers’ professional cooperative economic organization development strategy in JianDe,definition of the concept of Agricultural specialized cooperative economic organizations, the definition of farmers’ professional cooperatives, etc. This part also describes the data sources, investigation method and basic characteristic of the status of the samples sample points, etc.Part three is the research of the strategy of farmer’s cooperative economic organizations in developed countries. This part emphasize on the research of operating strategy and mechanism of farmer’s cooperative economic organizations in American,Japan and Taiwan.The author also summarize the development experience in these areas and provide reference for Jiande farmer’s cooperative economic organizations.Part four part is the thinking of strategy present situation and existing problems of farmers’ professional cooperative economic organization in JianDeShi.Through field investigation and questionnaire of Jiande farmer’s cooperatives and cooperative members, the author put forward eight problems that the organizations are facing. For example, credit, capital, agriculture management talent, internal operation, legal support and so on.Part five is the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Jiande farmer’s cooperative economic organizations.This part based on the analysis the development strategy of the domestic typical of farmers’ professional cooperative economic organization and take successful experience of other countries,Combine with the problems that Jiande farmer’s cooperative economic organizations are facing,the author provide several suggestions on finance, credit, human capital,internal operation, legal support and so on.
