| During the period of"1lth five-year plan", the country was committed to enhance the level of nationalization and industrialization of key parts in railways. QYS, Company known as enterprise produce key components of rail transit equipment, invested large amount to increase its productivity and extended the scale of its factory. However, during the period of construction, the company’s external environment occurred great changes. It made QYS’s industrial expansion construction project payback slower than expected. Therefore strengthen QYS’s basic management and reduce the expenses are crucial for the company. However, the period expense of the company had a substantial growth since2008and became the important factors that affect corporate’s profits.This article will analyze the short comes in the period expense management of QYS from four aspects:the period expense management system, budget, budget controls and budget assessment. Find out the reasons that lead to problems in managing period expense and what outcomes that may be created.Project management has a good foundation in QYS. Taking into account the period expense framework, the paper will give some advices on using project management methods to improve the period expense management ability by combining experience of domestic and foreign research. To be specific, this work will be done through analyzing the actual situation of QYS and combining with personal experience, which can be divided as completion of management system, strengthen the rational of budgeting, stricken of budget control, improvement on the budget examination, etc. This article also describes the implementation of the project of QYS company. |
