| Along with the rapid economic developments, automobile electron accessories are sharing increasing proportion in automobile manufacture, companioned with fierce competition between producers. Facing management difficulties in electron accessories projects and multiple acquirements of different users, manufacturers are forced to update the management mode of auto accessories projects. Management modes based on product lifecycle rapidly take place of tradition management modes and become the dominate modes in automobile accessories projects.In this paper the current states of auto accessories engineering research overseas and domestic is introduced, and proposed management modes based on products lifecycle based on lifecycle theory. Definition of lifecycle in auto manufacturing is specified, the structure of lifecycle modes, the membership, management program,project evaluation, the production procedures and contains etc. are introduced. In case of accessories production of some auto manufacture company, the feasibility of the application of lifecycle management modes in auto accessories is discussed, and the development prospect of projects management mode based on lifecycle theory is presented, which supplies technical support for auto accessories engineering in collaboration management and senior strategy management decisions. This is of significant sense for auto accessories products research optimization, manufacturing cost reduction, shortening products research cycle, and finally enhance the competition capability of enterprises. |
