The development of social economy made car applications more and more widely also bring people convenience and comfortable modern life, at the same time, the inevitable need to assume the responsibility of destroying the ecology of the natural environment. When the energy and environmental issues become an obstacle to social progress and development of the important factors, the traditional auto industry must face the transformation and upgrading. Then how to develop the automotive industry, how to highlight the development of energy-saving and environmental protection, sustainable development of automotive technology has become the government and various departments need to solve problems. Therefore, the development of BEV is one solution to these problems. But various uncertain factors led to the BEV industry risk, for which we need to strengthen the pure electric car industry objective understanding of the necessary risk identification and risk assessment.In this paper, D BEV project risk control of marketing research as a starting point to design a rational, effective, scientific investment project risk evaluation index system. In determining D BEV market to promote the project risk indicators, based on the combined risk matrix approach to determine the project’s risks, risk weighting and risk levels. Then came to D BEV marketing project risk evaluate application. Ultimately makes D BEV marketing projects in the actual operation is more directional and relevance, and to facilitate the healthy pure electric car industry healthy development.
