Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasure Of Sugarcane Industry In Guangqian Company

Sugarcane is an important sugar crop in China, also is the main raw material of the sugar industry in our country, the main industry of the Guangqian company is the sugar cane cultivation, and more than 73.6% of the population in the company are sugarcane practitioners; the company owned 95000 acres of national standard farmland, and it was identified as the National Agricultural Modernization Demonstration Zone in 2010. This study based on the deep investigation, do some deep analysis and investigation on the current situation of the sugarcane industry of the company, and make a deep exploration on the advantages, disadvantages and the problems, this paper puts out some ideas and methods to solve these problems, to do some beneficial efforts to the development of sugarcane industry of the company.Firstly, the paper do some research on the background, discuss the review of domestic and foreign literature, summarizes the theory of agricultural industry at home and abroad, and also the research situation of the sugarcane industry. Guangqian company is a representative and typical of Zhanjiang state farm group, the problems are generally existing in the Zhanjiang reclamation area, and this paper will do a big guiding significance in the developing of sugarcane industry in all of the Zhanjiang state farm group. Through the investigation and research, the main conclusions of this paper is:the main problem existing in the development of the company are:(1) Planting pattern is too unitary, soil fertility declined too much (2) The level of pest control is not too high, affecting the healthy development of industry (3) The phenomenon of burning sugarcane is much too serious (4) Too much problems in planting process and make too much difficulties in the mechanical (5) The management mode can’t adapt to the development need(6) The benefits of the underlying workers and farmers can not guaranteed (7)The level of Industrialization management is low, the industrial chains need to be extendedTo solve these problems, the following suggestions was proposed in this paper:(1) Promote the implementation and inter planting, modified the sugarcane region soil (2) Explore new technologies, strengthen the level of pest management (3) Take full use of the blades, explore some new industries (4) Overcome the difficulties, promote the mechanization comprehensively (5) Improve the land contract system, promote the industrialization development (6) Improve the standard of subsidies, to mobilize the enthusiasm of the farmers (7) Explore the diversification of sugarcane resources, develop the high output industry.
