| Housing is the basic protection of people and at the same time,it is the important part of family property. Since a long time, people in China pay much more attention on housing.solving the housing problems is a matter of concern to live-hood and social stability. And now,it is a question not only for surburb but also for the society as well. Housing security plays an important role in the construction of harmonious society. Part of public housing to have ensured the living conditions of low-income urban residents in order to raise their quality of life, the construction of harmonious society is based on the foundation.Meanwhile,because of the implement of public housing system in China is short, as economic change and urban-rural integration process, inevitably exposed many matters.So, public housing supply mechanisms must be innovative, public housing supply and supporting of social stability to make sure the harmonious development of society.This paper is based on the low-rent living supply situation, through questionnaires, analysis, the existence of low-cost housing supply problems in-depth inquiry,to increase housing supply mechanisms will be explored in order to build a better public housing system proposed meaningful insights.Five chapters consist the chapter:The first chapter is the introduction which including research background and topics of important situation.The second chapter is a general of the theory of public housing.The third chapter in the data collection and empirical research in Kashigar which based on the public housing supply problems and the reasons.The forth chapter is about how to improve the supply of public housing system, including increasing financial investment, expanding the housing supply,adjusting housing consumption, optimizing fair mechanism improved financial performance, strengthening the security system’strengthening government regulation and improve the legal support’" four aspects.And the last is the conclusion and outlook. |
