| After several decades of development, Guangxi sugar industry has obtained an outstanding achievement, the product of sugar in the first position nationally. It formed a completed industry system of raw material planting, cane processing, sugar production and sale. However, refrained by the earth and other resources, the cost of sugar production is high, combining with the shock of a great quantity of low price imported sugar, the situation for Guagnxi sugar industry is severe. Confronting to the complicated external and internal environment, it becomes an urgent issue that how the government should relocate Guangxi sugar development and what measures it should take to guarantee the sustainable development of sugar industry.This essay depends on the theories of sustainable development, recycle economy, government macro-management and the real situation of Guangxi Sugar industry.
