In recent years, due to the residents’ housing demand, the real estate market has been booming, personal housing mortgage loan has become one of the focuses of commercial bank assets project. As is concomitant with the personal housing loan risk, the risk of default has attracted many attentions of the Banks in the industry. In the business of all kinds of bank loans, individual housing loan business has many easily lead to the nature of the risk of default attributes, including payment cycle is very long, the customer is dispersed more between individual customers, Banks and clients more obvious information asymmetry, and so on.XX bank Baise branch is a large-scale state-owned Banks in Guangxi autonomous region at the heart of the branch. Since 2009, the bank in the personal credit business, especially the personal housing loan business has achieved great development. But considering the impact of the global financial crisis has yet to dissipate, the larger uncertainty existing in Chinese economy, as well as the personal housing loan cycle is long, serious information asymmetry and other characteristics, the bank must pay attention to personal housing mortgage loan default risk problems.
