| In the process of human resource management in the enterprise, brain-drain is to be studied and solved for enterprise. The enterprise which can control the brain-drain will remain invincible in the competition of development.With China’s deepening of reform and opening up, especially the accession to the WTO and the economy into the new normal, mineral exports happened to the huge change. Monopoly advantage which is established in the era of the planned economy, of state owned mineral product company had ceased to exist, but also facing foreign enterprises and private enterprises in competition, which greatly weakened the products of state-owned trade import and export company competitiveness. The flow of talent in the new century is more convenient and frequent, with added a large number of foreign-funded enterprises and private enterprises, the mineral products import and export trade business manager are highly welcome. The loss of the business manager of state-owned enterprises get instant results not only brings the influence to the performance of enterprises, and also the long-term development of enterprises has a profound negative influence. Therefore, how to prevent the loss of business manager and build a stable business manager team, is a pressing matter of the moment of state-owned trade mineral products import and export company.This article following the enterprise human resources management point of view, with inspection and study and research of the domestic and foreign related research about brain drain theory, taking LZ mining state trade companies as sample, study on problem on the existence of the enterprise business manager. This article introduces the research background and significance, then through to interview for business managers who has quit and superiors of human resource department, design of in-service business manager satisfaction questionnaire and the loss of talent related theoretical knowledge, statistics were analyzed by data analysis, find out business managers motivation to resign, the negative impact of business manager loss, enterprises and puts forward corresponding countermeasures look out, in order to help solve the serious loss problem of business manager of LZ company, and provide certain reference to other companies in the loss of business manager. |
