Creative Research Of A Company Organization Structure Based On Business Strategy Transformation

The business scope covers marketing gift design, marketing activity investigation, product supply, warehousing and logistics etc. With the change of market environment, A company is facing fiercer competition and decline in profits. The management of A company plans to finish the strategy of business upgrading and transformation in three years, which aims to keep original competition advantages and build higher core capability and competitive barrier. Based on the above demand, how to create new organization structure? Which steps and methods A company should follow? How to handle the contradiction between development and stability, flexibility and standard? Which organization structure is better for A company?
