Design And Implementation Of Product Management System For Telecom Operators

At present, the telecom operators have recommend 4G business of all kinds of products and packages, in the fierce competition of the telecommunications market, operators need to develop better served its needs products can bring more profits for the enterprise. With the development of telecommunication services, operators for product data consistency have higher requirements.The operator’s product management functions scattered in customer service system of each provinces, so operators need to focus on the construction of the product management system. This thesis studies from software and hardware systems, product package, service order processes, the implementation and test index of telecom management system. The main work of this thesis is described as follows.The first part aims at the problems and defects existing in the product management, on the use of the practical technology in hardware, software technology and reasonable networking concepts to build a dedicated product management platform, which can effectively solve the existing problems in product management, such as single product package, classify confusion, inconsistent data, product package not timely, unscientific management.The second part analyzes status and problems of the product management system, focuses on the research of the products formation and business processes, combined with the enterprise information, products packages and the other related concepts. Then describes the design process, function modules and logic architecture of the system, and distinguish the interfaces between product management system and other systems.The third part puts forward of the hardware design target, interface modules, and the hardware architecture of the system, can get which function, which interface the system contains of the system engineering. Following, to make a detailed description of the general design plan, the design of hardware platforms and network platform, including the CPU ability of the system, the reserve of this system needed and the implementation plan. Finally, the author describes test index of the system engineering.
