Factory farming products to more and its ecological, environmental protection and health etc more favored by the vast number of consumers, showing its broad market prospect and good economic, ecological value. Guangdong as large coastal province of China, although the total amount of water production is very big, but the factory farming level relative to the Shandong Peninsula and other domestic other aquatic developed region is relatively backward. Many places still take the "artificial ponds + factory" culture model,high energy consumption, low yield. Therefore, Guangdong water products to seize the commanding point of international and domestic market, we must improve the existing breeding mode. In this paper, by using comparative advantage analysis and establish the evaluation model on the competitive advantage of Guangdong aquaculture plant in the coastal provinces and cities in recent years was evaluated and measure, the results showed that the comprehensive comparative advantage of Guangdong aquaculture plant is lower than the average level of coastal, and on this based on the evaluation results put forward some policy suggestions for the healthy development of Guangdong factory of the aquaculture.
