Research On The Effect Of Agricultural Technological Progress On The Farmers’ Income

In recent years, in the new economic situation, our agriculture has been the rapid development,the income of farmers has been greatly improved,at the same time, the quality of farmers’ life has been changed, this has lay down a solid foundation for our country’s economic progress and development. But there are some problems,our agricultural infrastructure is weak,rural development is behind, farmers’ income growth is difficult,this puzzle the development of our agriculture.The development of agriculture and rural economy, the improvement of farmers’ living standards and the realize the rationalization and fundamentals of agriculture,but innovation and transformation of agriculture technological is the key influence and the most important source.Both as the eastern province,Liaoning, Zhejiang, Shandong, the farmers’ income has obvious gap, the agricultural technology progress is one of the important reasons. In order to study the Liaoning province agricultural technology progress is how to influence the income of farmers, this article selects Zhejiang province which is the highest per capita net income of farmers in the eastern and Shandong province which the per capita net income of farmers is most similar with Liaoning province,by the comparing to research and get the conclusion.In this paper, firstly, describe the study of agricultural technology progress at home and abroad, the agricultural technology progress, the farmers’ income related theory and the mechanism of agricultural technology progress effect on farmers’ income in a briefly way. Then we compare the farmers’ income and agricultural technological progress of Liaoning province and Zhejiang province and Shandong province and the eastern three provinces,find the difference between Liaoning province and other provinces and the eastern three provinces. With the use of ‘Eviews6.0’ software,we select the three provinces’ per capita net income of farmers,per capita agricultural mechanical power and per capita fertilizer rate in 2000-2012 for the analysis. Showing the agricultural technology progress how to influence farmers’ income in Liaoning province, Shandong province, Zhejiang province and the eastern three provinces. At the same time, compare the result of Liaoning province with another two provinces and the eastern three provinces. Find out the advantages and disadvantages of the influence on farmers’ income,with the comparison of Liaoning province,Shandong and Zhejiang province and the eastern three provinces. Therefore, thinking about the process of agricultural technical progress in Liaoning province. Putting forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,to promote the development of Liaoning Province’s agriculture,to improve the benefit of farmers from agricultural technological progress,so that farmers’ production and income can be increased.
