| By studying the dependence of domestic and foreign trade and calculation method of calculation method dependence on foreign oil, combined with the current international situation of economic globalization, believe that the current dependence on foreign oil estimates reflect the way our country cannot effectively on foreign oil dependent on the specific situation,from the perspective of dynamic indicators, proposed the concept of dynamic oil import dependence, the establishment of oil import dependence of the dynamic calculation model, and determine the weight of the model based on expert scoring method and entropy weight method, the combination of subjective and objective angle to ensure scientific accuracy of the model, and oil import dependence of the dynamic calculation model empirical analysis of nearly a decade of dynamic calculation of oil import dependence, and further to China and major oil-importing countries of origin dynamic dependence on oil was calculated .Finally, Give recommendations of China’s oil imports and oil security control from the nation, industry and enterprise levels.The empirical results show that the oil import dependence of the dynamic model established in this paper have research value, through the application of practical application of the model data, the results obtained show that the dynamic value of China’s oil import dependence is high, but considering the resources, import,market and political factors, the current dynamics of China’s oil import dependency is adapted to the current stage of development of our country, and measures to control the effect of China’s oil import dependency has taken the obvious. |
